The child separates from the parent to participate in the classroom morning-work routine for a period of twenty minutes. This morning work may include an activity, circle time and snack. During this time, the parents view the video Montessori in the Home. Kindergarten candidates are administered the Gesell kindergarten assessment in addition to the classroom visit.
